The night prior to this photo we’d cycled up a long grassy byway, owls called around us and I can remember feeling pretty strange, knowing we were in a place which had so many neolithic remains from a time of human prehistory, where we’re still trying to figure out the how’s and why’s of monuments to old gods or traditions. As we came out on what is now the busy A303, Stonehenge was just there, silhouetted against the grimey evening light and I’ll be honest, it was as beautiful then as it was the next morning. In fact, I think its so cool I’ve booked an Airbnb in a few weeks to go back and visit properly 🤣 📸: @rob_morris1996
